GrooveBloom EULA

Last updated October 12, 2026

This is the licence text included with the GrooveBloom 1.0 installer (file LICENSE_EULA.txt), published here so you can read it before you buy. It does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer; see the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy.

GrooveBloom – End User License Agreement

Version 1.0, 2026. Licensor: touski

By installing or using GrooveBloom (“the Software”) you agree to these terms.

1. License

One license is for ONE PERSON. A license key is issued to one e-mail address. You may install and use the Software on any computers that you personally use. The license is personal and may not be shared, sold, rented, lent or transferred without the written permission of the Licensor.

2. Your music is yours

Audio you create or process with the Software (melodies, chords, sounds, stems, mixes) may be used in your own commercial and non-commercial releases, beats, songs, film, games and any other works, worldwide and forever, WITHOUT royalties or further payments, and without having to credit the Software (credit is welcome).

3. Demo

Without a license key the Software runs in demo mode (short silence about once a minute). The demo may be used to evaluate the Software. Audio exported in demo mode may be used under section 2.

4. Restrictions

You may not: share or publish your license key; distribute, sell or rent the Software or modified copies; remove, bypass or tamper with the license check; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software except where the law expressly allows it; use the Software’s factory presets or sounds to build a competing product (e.g. a preset or sample pack of GrooveBloom’s own presets).

5. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. touski keeps all rights, title and copyright in the Software. Third-party components are listed in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES in the documentation (minimp3 and Monocypher, public domain / CC0).

6. No warranty

The Software is provided “AS IS”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Always keep backups of your projects.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data or profits arising from the use of or inability to use the Software. The total liability is limited to the price you paid for the license.

8. Termination

This license ends automatically if you break these terms. You must then stop using the Software and delete all copies. Sections 2, 5, 6 and 7 survive.

9. General

If a provision is invalid, the rest stays in force. VST is a registered trademark of Steinberg Media Technologies GmbH. All other trademarks belong to their owners. The installer also contains a short Russian summary; in case of differences, the English text prevails.
