1. Who we are
touski is an independent audio plugin maker based in Poland. This website (https://chertouski.netlify.app) presents touski plugins, including GrooveBloom. You can reach us at touskiplugins@gmail.com.
2. Buying a plugin
Orders are processed by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, invoices and sales tax or VAT, and its own buyer terms apply to the payment itself. Prices are shown in US dollars; your final price may include tax for your country.
3. License key delivery
After your purchase we send your personal license key to the e-mail address used for the order, within 24 hours. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and then write to touskiplugins@gmail.com with your order number.
4. License
Each plugin is licensed, not sold. One license is for one person, who may install and use the plugin on all computers they personally use. You may not share, resell, rent or publish your license key, or remove or bypass the license check. The full End User License Agreement (EULA) comes with the installer and applies to your use of the software.
5. Your music is yours
Audio you create or process with touski plugins can be used in your own commercial and non-commercial releases, worldwide and forever, without royalties or credit. You may not resell the plugins' factory presets or sounds as your own product.
6. Free demo
Every plugin has a free demo with all features. In demo mode the audio goes quiet for about one second every minute. Please use the demo to check that the plugin works on your computer and in your DAW before you buy.
7. Updates and system requirements
Free updates are provided within the same major version (for example 1.x). System requirements are listed on each product page. We cannot guarantee compatibility with every host, operating system or future update of third-party software.
8. No warranty and liability
The software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, touski is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or loss of profit. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license. Always keep backups of your projects. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Poland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
