touski, an independent developer based in Poland, is responsible for this website and for the data described here. Contact: touskiplugins@gmail.com.

Visiting this website

This site has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. It is hosted by Netlify, which processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type in server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google servers and shares your IP address with Google.

Buying a plugin

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy collects your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy; we never see your full card details. Lemon Squeezy shares with us your name, e-mail address, country and order details so that we can deliver your purchase.

License keys and support

We use your e-mail address to create and send your license key, to keep a record of issued keys so we can resend a lost key or stop misuse, and to answer your support messages. We do not sell your data and we only send marketing e-mails if you ask for them.

The plugin itself

touski plugins do not connect to the internet. Your license key and presets are stored only on your own computer.

How long we keep data

Order and license records are kept as long as your license is valid and as long as tax and accounting rules require. Support e-mails are deleted when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of it, and you can object to its use. Write to touskiplugins@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl) or to the authority in your country.
